普吉島蘇林海灘假日度假酒店 (Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach)

酒店比較大，適合親子家庭遊，房間、陽台足夠大，泳池大，有孩子樂園。酒店出去過一個馬路就是蘇林海灘，比較乾淨，人少。唯一的不足時酒店Wi-Fi信號不穩定。

Stayed only half a day but was impressed with the value. It's an older property and you can tell but it's facilities are good. Great swimming pool with slides. Staff is great and most speak English.Only significant drawback was the distance from the beach. Quite a walk and access was blocked by construction.

This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

酒店位置一般，只因為泳池有滑梯，所以選擇 早餐，選擇及味道正常 環境：比較舊，下雨天有些地方有漏水情況，房間是圍繞泳池有四至五座，有些位置需要行很遠 設施：泳池有兩條滑梯，但因為比較舊、水量少及可能沒維修，完全滑不到下來，非常失望。 房間：有很多小昆蟲 ，浴室花灑水流很小，去水位淤塞 服務：早餐時有一位 女員工會向在場客人問侯及關心一下酒店嘅服務及客人對酒店的入住情況，知道我們房間的問題後，幫我們向酒店反映，下午便更換了房間 整體來說，價錢便宜，但不要像我們因為泳池滑梯而來，附近沒有什麼吸引力，比較適合自駕，附近有一個海灘Google評論有魚仔可以浮潛，但我們因為天氣問題下雨及非常大浪，所以沒有玩

Продляли отель. Уже писала, что было не так. Если хочется спокойствия и умиротворения, то этот отел вполне подойдет. Район Сурин обожаю. Ночью тихо.

Нормальный отель, есть детские комнаты, старый отель, но ухаживают хорошо. но сам пляж совсем не понравился, уехали на другой пляж.

พนักงานของโรงแรมทุกแผนกบริการดีมากๆ อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย แกงอร่อย เผ็ด รสชาติแบบไทย มาพักโรงแรมนี้ครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว โรงแรมนี้มีห้องพักรองรับสำหรับครอบครัว มีกิจกรรมมากมาย ให้ได้ทำ แนะนำเลยคะ โรงแรมเก่าหน่อย ห้องน้ำท่อระบายน้ำช้ามาก น้ำท่วมเวลาอาบน้ำ ไม่มีสายชำระ ตู้เย็นเสีย ไม่ทำความเย็น สไลด์เดอร์ สระว่ายน้ำไม่ลื่น ควรปรับปรุง ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกคะ โรงแรมมีตู้สำหรับให้เช่า scooter water สนุกมาก

原計劃預訂巴東的假日酒店，自己看錯，三月預訂，被告知選擇無法取消，交涉多次都無法取消，最終衹能入住！ 酒店在蘇林海灘，很偏，周邊吃的東西比較少，人少是最優的吧，酒店走到711最近的那個需要8分鐘左右，走到蘇林海灘5分鐘 設施比較陳舊，洗手間的瓷磚也掉下來，好在及時幫我們處理並給到我們更換房間的處理方案；度假就是人少，孩子玩的開心就好！
