普吉島蘇林海灘假日度假酒店 (Holiday Inn Resort PHUKET SURIN BEACH by IHG)

客觀陳述事實：我相信大部分的客人，對於這個酒店都衹是一箇中轉而已，可能是因為抵達的第一天，也可能是最後一天，因為它是距離機場比較近的酒店中，名字上算是中規中矩，畢竟是HOLIDAY INN，但是事實，這個酒店的各項硬件，軟件，服務，於這個名字，完全是掛不上邊。 1.無服務可言，我預訂的時候家庭房間，抵達的酒店的時間，是晚上12:30,酒店大堂衹有一個工作人員，安排的房間比較有遠，沒有人指引，我和我先生拉著兩個孩子，2個行李箱，穿過了大半個酒店才到房間。 2.硬件非常舊，我們房間門一打開，地板都是花的，水壺是壞的，沙發上可見的汙跡。 3.我不知道是不是我們的房間以及電梯口是不是下水道，每次經過都是一股很大的大便位置，特別難聞。 4.隔音很差，一大早，就各種聲音襲來。根本不能好好睡覺。 4.衞生令人堪憂，我自費買了早餐，600泰銖，早餐可選性少，可笑的是，煮麵居然是自助的，紅色火很大，但是一直煮不開的水，碰到同胞，都彼此在吐槽，再有就是看到蛋糕上，蒼蠅還在飛來飛去。 5.所謂的游泳池，肉眼可見的渾濁，我看著就覺得可怕。 綜上所述，請大家避坑，我是很難接受一個晚上1000多塊的酒店，是這樣的情況。本來還想著呆到下午才離開，最後是解決了早餐之後馬上前往下個酒店，真的是多一刻都不想呆著。

我們到普吉第一天已經凌晨了，預訂的酒店不好，寶寶不願意住臨時換到這個酒店到達已經2點了，房間比較老可是服務很好，家庭入住還是推薦的，出門走一段就是海邊，附近也有便利店，我們行李還遺留在這裡了，電話溝通幫我們叫車送到了下一個去的酒店，服務周到

兩大一小，訂了套間，房間很大，酒店有泳池和滑梯，很好玩！早餐內容相對豐富，有泰式麵條，西式早餐，還有印度咖喱。去海灘很方便，出門就是。周圍也有便利店和餐廳。

房間設施極差，黴味非常嚴重，被子潮濕，電話不通，地板老舊，垃圾桶不清理，無洗漱用品，餐廳衞生環境更差，螞蟻到處都是，假日這個牌子完全不符，希望大家避坑

房間很大 很寬敞 設施有點老舊 地址有點偏但性價比賊高 有小童俱樂部 游泳池 遊戲屋

酒店比較大，適合親子家庭遊，房間、陽台足夠大，泳池大，有孩子樂園。酒店出去過一個馬路就是蘇林海灘，比較乾淨，人少。唯一的不足時酒店Wi-Fi信號不穩定。

Stayed only half a day but was impressed with the value. It's an older property and you can tell but it's facilities are good. Great swimming pool with slides. Staff is great and most speak English.Only significant drawback was the distance from the beach. Quite a walk and access was blocked by construction.

Уютный отель рядом с пляжем Сурин. Персонал дружелюбный, уборка отличная, завтраки вкусные. Территория компактная, но всё продумано — бассейн, детская зона, ресторан. До моря буквально 3 минуты пешком. Тихое, спокойное место для отдыха. Цена / качество Рекомендую!

This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

酒店位置一般，只因為泳池有滑梯，所以選擇 早餐，選擇及味道正常 環境：比較舊，下雨天有些地方有漏水情況，房間是圍繞泳池有四至五座，有些位置需要行很遠 設施：泳池有兩條滑梯，但因為比較舊、水量少及可能沒維修，完全滑不到下來，非常失望。 房間：有很多小昆蟲 ，浴室花灑水流很小，去水位淤塞 服務：早餐時有一位 女員工會向在場客人問侯及關心一下酒店嘅服務及客人對酒店的入住情況，知道我們房間的問題後，幫我們向酒店反映，下午便更換了房間 整體來說，價錢便宜，但不要像我們因為泳池滑梯而來，附近沒有什麼吸引力，比較適合自駕，附近有一個海灘Google評論有魚仔可以浮潛，但我們因為天氣問題下雨及非常大浪，所以沒有玩
